Tender Executive
Job Description:
Hiring: Tender Executive (GeM & E-Tendering)
Location: Chhani, Vadodara
Qualification: Graduate (MBA / Commerce preferred)
Experience: 3–6 years (Manufacturing / Govt. Tender experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling GeM portal activities end-to-end (bid creation, BOQ, pricing, order processing)
• Preparation, submission, and tracking of online tenders / e-tenders
• Study of tender documents, eligibility, and compliance requirements
• Coordination with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance inputs
• Follow-up on tender status, clarifications, and order execution
• Maintaining tender records, MIS, and documentation
• Liaison with government / PSU clients, where required
Skills Required:
• Strong working knowledge of GeM portal & e-tendering systems
• Good understanding of tender documentation & compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online portals
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work under timelines
