Jr. Tech Support Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Commitment, focus, and follow-through to see problems through to resolution.
- Willingness to comply with standard procedures for proper handoff of unresolvable issues to the appropriate internal teams, in order to maximize client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients and Project team both oral and in writing.
- Commitment to documenting knowledge in the form of technical notes and articles.
- To ensure proper recording of all client interactions and closure of all presented issue logs.
- Troubleshooting Hardware with clients over video calls, email, and messaging platforms.
- Onboarding Clients for Product setup and demonstration.
- Availability to work on flexible working hours once/twice a month.
Eligibility:
- BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Electronics/Electrical, Computer Science or any other engineering)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work ‘hands-on’ and multi-task in an energetic environment
- Motivated, self-starter and is comfortable working and learning independently
