Job Title: Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack) Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack (MERN Stack)
Developer to work with the development of scalable web applications. You will be responsible
for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js,
React, and Node.js. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep
understanding of modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
 Design and development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using the
MERN stack.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and
other developers.
 Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
 Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
 Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
 Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
 Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing
systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with at least 3 years in MERN stack.
 Strong proficiency in:
o MongoDB – schema design, aggregation, performance tuning.
o Express.js – middleware, routing, API development.
o React.js – hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), component
lifecycle.
o Node.js – asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture.
 Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
 Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
 Exposure to microservices architecture.
