Job Description:

Position:          QC Officer

Location:         Vapi

Experience:      1 - 2 Years

Industries:       Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Perform wet chemistry testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished API products (titrations, pH, LOD, ROI, moisture, chloride/sulphate tests etc.).
• Handle, operate and calibrate laboratory instruments like pH Meter, Karl Fischer Apparatus, Analytical Balance, Hot Air Oven, Muffle Furnace, Conductivity Meter, Polarimeter, Melting Point Apparatus, Auto titrator etc.
• Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions and reagents.
• Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and reports as per SOPs, GLP & cGMP.
• Manage sample receipt, labelling, storage, and proper disposal.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper chemical storage in the laboratory.
• Support audit preparation and provide data as required.

Required Skills:

• Candidate must have good communication skill.
• Good leadership quality and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 2.70 LPA
