IT Support Executive (Networking & Hardware)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office & basic applications
• Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches & Wi-Fi networks
• Handle hardware installation, upgrades & preventive maintenance
• Basic server support, data backup & system monitoring
• User account management (Email, system access, basic security settings)
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware & services
• Maintain IT asset inventory & documentation
Technical Skills Required
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches & firewalls (basic)
• Understanding of IT security best practices
• Troubleshooting skills for hardware, OS & network issues
Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma / BCA / B.Sc IT / BE (IT/Computer)
• Experience in a corporate IT support environment
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
