Job Title: Social / Digital Media Executive
Exp: Min. 2-3 Years
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Graduate)
Budget: 25K CTC/Month
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn as per the content calendar.
• Content Creation & Coordination:
Develop captions, reels, creatives, and short videos in coordination with the design and
marketing Vendors. Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and messaging consistency.
• Digital Campaign Execution:
Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns including paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
to drive brand awareness, leads, and engagement.
• Community Management:
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions. Respond promptly and professionally to user
queries, feedback, and reviews.
• Analytics & Reporting:
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, followers’ growth, CTR,
and conversions. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights of leads
generated.
• Trend & Market Research:
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, competitors’ activities, and best
practices to continuously improve content and campaign performance.
• Influencer & Collaboration Support:
Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and partners for collaborations, campaigns, and content
execution.
• Brand Reputation Management:
Ensure positive brand presence online and escalate critical issues or negative feedback to the
marketing team in a timely manner.
• Website & SEO Support (Basic):
Assist with website content updates, blogs, and basic SEO activities such as keyword placement
and content optimization.
