Job Description:
Location: Charni Road, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time (In-office)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and proactive Sales Coordinator who enjoys interacting with customers, asking the right questions, and converting enquiries into qualified sales opportunities. This role acts as a critical bridge between customer interest and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and qualify them based on requirements, budget, timelines, and feasibility

Understand customer needs and share relevant product and solution information

Coordinate with sales and technical teams for quotations, drawings, and clarifications

Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions and support order closure

Maintain accurate lead data, follow-up notes, and status updates in CRM / Excel

Support the sales team in smooth order processing and customer coordination

Ensure timely communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
