We are looking for an Operations Manager – Event Planner who will be responsible for handling complete event operations from planning to execution and managing the entire event team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Event Operations

• Handle end-to-end event operations including planning, execution, and closure

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, decorators, caterers, sound & lighting teams

• Ensure timely setup, smooth execution, and dismantling of events

• Manage event schedules, checklists, and on-ground logistics

• Monitor quality, timelines, and budgets for all events

Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate event operations team

• Allocate duties and ensure proper task execution by team members

• Manage on-ground staff, freelancers, and volunteers

• Train and motivate the team for high performance during events

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Act as a single point of contact for clients during event execution

• Handle client requirements, last-minute changes, and issue resolution

• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and payments

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare event reports, budgets, and cost sheets

• Maintain vendor records and operational documents

• Provide post-event feedback and improvement suggestions
