Quality Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
QMS Development & Maintenance: Implement and uphold QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
Internal/External Audits: Lead internal audits and manage external certification audits to ensure compliance.
Quality Metrics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key quality metrics (KPIs) such as defect rates, scrap levels, and customer complaints.
Process Improvement (CAPA): Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
Production Quality Control: Ensure adherence to IPC standards (soldering, PCB assembly) and oversee in-process quality assurance (IPQA).
Supplier Quality: Coordinate with procurement to manage vendor quality and incoming material inspections.
Training & Documentation: Train employees on QMS procedures, ESD safety, and IPC standards.
