Role Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote loan and financial products, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through incoming and outgoing calls

Explain loan and finance products to customers clearly

Convince and convert inquiries into successful sales

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients

Prepare and submit weekly sales reports

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

Key Skills & Requirements

Experience in sales, preferably in loan or finance industry

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Good communication in Gujarati & Hindi

Comfortable with calling (inbound & outbound)

Target-driven and self-motivated

Education

Minimum Graduate (preferred but not mandatory)
