Process engineer - pipeline

Job Description:

1) Design, monitor, and optimize chemical processes to improve yield, throughput, and product quality
2) Prepare and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and material & energy balances
3) Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective & preventive actions
4) Support process safety activities such as HAZOP, HAZID, JSA, MOC, and risk assessments
5) Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, EHS, and Quality teams for smooth plant operations
6) Identify opportunities for process improvement, debottlenecking, and cost reduction
7) Assist in commissioning, start-up, and shutdown of plant operations
8) Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations
9) Support implementation of SOPs, operating manuals, and best practices
10) Analyze plant data and prepare technical reports and MI
