Job Title: E-Commerce Marketplace Executive (Myntra & Meesho)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Department: E-Commerce / Digital Sales

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Marketplace Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations on Myntra and Meesho platforms. The role includes product photoshoots, listing creation, advertising campaigns, customer experience management, returns handling, and driving overall business growth on these marketplaces.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Product Listing & Content Management: Coordinate and manage product photoshoots to ensure high-quality visual content.
  • Create and upload product listings on Myntra and Meesho with accurate descriptions, pricing, and attributes.
  • Ensure listings comply with marketplace guidelines and branding standards.
  • Advertising & Campaign Management :
  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Myntra and Meesho.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Suggest promotional strategies to improve visibility and sales.
  • Customer Ratings & Reviews: Track customer ratings, reviews, and feedback on a regular basis.
  • Address negative reviews and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Implement actions to improve customer satisfaction and seller ratings.
  • Returns & Inventory Management:
  • Manage customer returns, refunds, and reverse logistics efficiently.
  • Update stock movement and inventory levels accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Marketplace Growth & Business Development:
  • Focus on increasing sales, revenue, and product visibility on Myntra and Meesho.
  • Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support expansion of product categories and seasonal launches.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Myntra and/or Meesho seller panels.
  • Understanding of e-commerce listing, ads, and order management processes.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and return management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce tools/software.
