Job Description:
- Design Support: Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and refining ideas.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed blueprints, construction documents, specifications, and 3D models/renderings.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD (AutoCAD, Revit) and rendering (SketchUp, Lumion) software.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and vendors; manage project details and schedules.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits for data collection, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Research: Stay updated on building codes, materials, and sustainable design trends.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
