Key Objective of the Job:

Tata Capital has been a leading player in the Channel Financing space offered to the Anchors, Vendors & Dealers of established corporates. Tata Capital has regional approach of Building new and existing corporate relationships for Ecosystem Financing solutions. Product Manager will be responsible for the Growth of Corporate tie ups in Commercial Product.

Major Deliverables:

* Develop deep understanding of Commercial Product Such as steel, IT , FMCG ,Consumer durables & Jewellery)
* Very good knowledge and experience of Product corporate players
* Good understanding of reading financials
* Identifying Suitable & eligible Corporate to build CF Programs across region / Sectors
* Engaging with existing Corporates to build CF Programs across region / Sectors
* Business Development by implementing B2B Marketing techniques
* Acquire new Corporate Relationships
* Competition mapping across region
* Structure / Customize the facilities with Anchor Corporate according to their needs
* Negotiate Terms of Program & Finalize with Corporate and Internal approving authorities
* Preparing Product Notes / Presentations for the programs & reviews
* Collaborate with other teams to leverage on their existing relationships for sourcing new Corporate Programs
* Work cross-functionally to ensure end-to-end Product Development Strategy, Execution of Term Sheets, Generation of Strategic Business Models, etc.
