Job Description:

The role entails direct customer interaction and is responsible for business acquisition of current accounts/Saving Account for a designated branch. It will also entail explaining and selling banking products to customers and acting as a link between customers and bank - ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to support Sales Manager in catchment mapping, customer feedback and identifying and converting potential opportunities. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, deepening customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals.

 

  • Acquisition of NTB Savings /Current Account customers from the identified catchment area

  • Ensure high-quality acquisition in terms of product mix, segment mix, and constitution

  • Generate references and referrals from existing customers

  • Onboard and activate customers on digital banking platforms

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions

  • Meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets

  • Assist Sales Manager in catchment mapping and branch scoping

  • Provide regular feedback to Sales Manager / Branch Manager on market opportunities and customer needs

  • Ensure 100% compliance with sales norms, SOPs, and banking regulations

  • Ensure quality sourcing as per bank policies

  • Coordinate with branch teams to ensure best-in-class customer service

  • Build visibility in the market and focus on HNI / quality customers

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Graduation in any stream (Post-graduation preferred)

  • Experience: 1 to 5 years in CASA / Banking Sales / Branch Banking / BFSI Sales

  • Good communication & customer handling skills

  • Knowledge of CASA products, banking process, KYC

  • Sales & target-oriented mindset

  • Local market knowledge preferred
