Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to take full ownership of our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an agency setup, be comfortable handling .NET and WordPress projects, and excel in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. You will be responsible for leading the QA team, mentoring junior members, and ensuring flawless product delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA process end-to-end, from planning to final release.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Development Teams to ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables.
• Plan, create, and execute manual and automated test cases for .NET and WordPress projects.
• Understand and manage deployment workflows in a multi-client setup.
• Mentor, train, and guide junior QA team members to enhance overall team capability.
• Identify process improvements and ensure best practices in QA methodology are implemented.
• Leverage automation testing frameworks to streamline testing efforts.
• Apply basic CI/CD knowledge to integrate quality checks into deployment pipelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agency environment to deliver projects on time without compromising quality.
• Familiarity with Zoho tools for project tracking and collaboration is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 4-8 years in Quality Assurance, preferably in an agency environment.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on with .NET and WordPress project testing.
• Strong understanding of deployment workflows and version control systems.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage QA processes and mentor team members.
• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality output.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a multi-project, client-focused environment. Knowledge of Zoho tools is a plus.

Preferred Tools & Technologies:

JMeter - Hands-on experience with performance and load testing for existing projects.

Postman - Strong knowledge of API testing workflows.

Zoho Projects (or equivalent tools such as Jira, Asana) - Familiarity with issue tracking and project management platforms.

Selenium - Proficiency in automation testing with the ability to discuss real-world test cases.
