Job Title: Project Sales Executive

Location: Aurangabad & Latur
Region: Marathwada
Department: Sales – Projects
Reporting To: Project Sales Manager

Role Purpose

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales through construction and infrastructure projects by building relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners in Aurangabad and Latur. The role focuses on project identification, specification, order conversion, and site execution support.

Key Responsibilities

Project Identification & Business Development

  • Identify upcoming residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in Aurangabad & Latur.
  • Track project lifecycle from planning → tender → execution → billing.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new projects and ensure timely conversion.

Key Influencer & Customer Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and PMC teams.
  • Get products specified and approved at design and consultant levels.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demos at sites and offices.

Order Execution & Site Support

  • Coordinate with project teams for sampling, trials, approvals, and site execution.
  • Ensure timely order placement, delivery, and billing.
  • Handle site-level technical or commercial issues in coordination with internal teams.

Sales Target & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly project sales targets.
  • Maintain project-wise sales forecasts and MIS.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with technical, logistics, accounts, and credit control teams.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, credit norms, and company policies.

 Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of project sales & construction ecosystem
  • Relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Basic technical understanding of construction materials / solutions
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up capability
  • Willingness to travel extensively across territory

 Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline

 Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in Project Sales
  • Experience in construction chemicals / cement / steel / tiles / paints / building materials preferred
  • Strong exposure to Aurangabad, Latur & Marathwada markets is an advantage
