Job Description:
- Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders) for tasks like drilling, cutting, and shaping.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand complex blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Programming: Load programs (G-code), enter commands, and adjust machine settings for correct tool paths, feeds, and speeds.
- Material Handling: Load raw materials (metal, plastic) and unload finished parts.
- Quality Control: Monitor machine operations, inspect finished products using measuring tools, and perform test runs to ensure parts meet strict quality standards.
