Job Description / Key Responsibilities

Provide complete handholding support to new exporters and importers

Manage Export & Import pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation

Handle Customs clearance and logistics assignments for EXIM operations
-
Oversee end-to-end EXIM operations and documentation management
-
Coordinate with EXIM customers, freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and vendors

Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, FTP, and EXIM regulations

Independently handle export and import consignments under all Incoterms

Develop, guide, and manage a team of sole contributors

Ensure timely execution of shipments with effective planning and problem-solving
Key Skills & Experience Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Sound knowledge of Customs procedures and freight forwarding

Good commercial acumen with experience in supply chain and logistics planning

Strong motivation and deep interest in building a career in Export–Import operations

Internet-savvy, proficient in MS Office applications

Self-driven, proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset

Minimum 4 to 6 years of mandatory experience in Export-Import Logistics / Customs field

Must have independently handled end-to-end export and import consignments under various Incoterms
