Job Description:

Position:          Maintenance Engineer

Location:          Vapi near by Sarigam

Experience:       5 - 8 Years

Industries:        

Responsibilities:

• Planned and Breakdown Maintenance:
• Prepare and adhere to the Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule for mechanical equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance activities and attend to breakdowns promptly to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
• Coordinate with production to schedule machines for PM without disrupting operations.
• Maintain critical mechanical spare parts inventory to ensure availability when needed.
• Documentation, Coordination & Continuous Improvement:
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with the Quality.
• Management System.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Ensure closure of non-conformities (NCs) and participate in Kaizen/continuous improvement activities to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
• Ensure safety protocols and 3S standards are followed within the maintenance area.
• Analyse and present maintenance data during weekly reviews.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical
