Receptionist
Location: Ahmedabad
Job Timing: 10am to 7pm (1 week off except Saturday or Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners in a professional manner
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries related to real estate projects
* Maintain visitor logs and schedule client appointments
* Coordinate with sales, site, and CRM teams for client follow-ups
* Manage front office documentation, files, and records
* Assist in preparing basic reports, letters, and presentations
* Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized reception area
* Support administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in real estate, construction, or corporate office environment
* Ability to handle multiple enquiries calmly and professionally
* Presentable, punctual, and well-groomed
