Job Summary

The Site Execution Engineer is responsible for day-to-day site activities, ensuring timely execution of construction work as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. The role involves coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute construction activities as per approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications

• Supervise civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and external works

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams for daily site activities

• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site

• Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly status to Project Manager

• Check material quality, quantity, and proper usage at site

• Resolve on-site technical issues and execution challenges

• Ensure work is completed within defined timelines and cost parameters

• Maintain site records such as daily progress reports, material consumption, and labor attendance

• Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals
