Qualification:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Experience:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong product knowledge may also be considered)
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Sales and marketing of Industrial Motors and Pumps
• Develop and manage customers in the Surat region
• Visit clients, understand requirements, and provide suitable product solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure
• Maintain good customer relationships and after-sales coordination
• Achieve assigned sales targets
Key Skills Required:
• Basic technical knowledge of motors and pumps
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
