Job Description:

Position:       PA to MD

Location:      Bhilad near by Vapi

Experience:   3 - 6 Years

Industries:    Automobile 

Responsibilities:

• Manage MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and official schedules.
• Draft, review, and respond to professional emails, letters, and communications in fluent English.
• Prepare presentations, notes, agendas, MOMs, and reports for management meetings.
• Handle confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism.
• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal departments (Production, HR, Finance, Quality, Maintenance, etc.).
• Coordinate with plant heads, senior managers, customers, vendors, and external agencies.
• Track action points, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up across departments and locations.
• Support smooth coordination between Vapi and Zaroli plants.
• Work Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, summaries, and data analysis using advanced Excel.
• Work on Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, charts, formulas, and data validation.
• Compile and analyse operational, manpower, and performance data for MD review.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, reviews, and board meetings.
• Arrange MD’s travel, accommodation, and logistics.
• Assist the MD during plant visits, audits, and official reviews.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the MD’s office.
• Maintain organized documentation and records (physical and digital).
• Handle urgent tasks, priority matters, and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the MD.

 Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Ability to handle pressure, priorities, and confidential matters
• Willingness to travel between Vapi & Zaroli locations

Required Qualification: - Any Graduction

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
