Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Professional with strong exposure in channel sales and direct sales. The candidate should have a solid broker network, experience in walk-in client handling, and the ability to close residential, commercial, and multiplex properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle walk-in clients at the site office and sales gallery.
* Generate sales through channel partners, brokers, and direct clients.
* Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners.
* Manage end-to-end sales process including site visits, negotiations, documentation, and closures.
* Promote and sell Residential, Commercial, and Multiplex projects.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and possession processes.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
* Keep updated records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales.
* Strong experience in channel sales with an active broker network.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Experience in walk-in client handling.
* Good knowledge of Surat real estate market.
* Ability to work under targets and pressure.
* Professional presentation and customer-handling skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in Residential, Commercial & Multiplex sales.
* Existing broker and investor network in Surat.
* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
* Comfortable with site sales operations.
