Location : University Area, Ahmedabad

Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead HVAC project execution from handover to
commissioning. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within
scope, and as per quality standards, while coordinating closely with internal teams, site
personnel, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is organized, execution-focused, and
capable of managing multiple stakeholders across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities
● Project Execution & Planning
● Take formal project handover from Sales with approved PO, drawings, BOQ, and cost
details.
● Plan project execution timelines, manpower deployment, and material flow.
● Conduct and manage project kick-off meetings with internal teams and clients.
● Site Management & Coordination
● Oversee daily site activities through Site Engineers and Supervisors.
● Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and Trio SOPs.
● Coordinate with Purchase, Design, and Stores teams for smooth execution.
● Quality, Safety & Change Control
● Ensure quality checks, testing, and compliance during execution.
● Monitor safety practices, PPE usage, and site housekeeping.
● Manage design changes and additional works through approved formats only.

● Client & Internal Communication
● Act as the primary coordination point for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
● Share regular project progress updates and resolve execution-related issues.
● Commissioning & Project Closure
● Plan and execute commissioning activities and snag closure.
● Ensure completion of final documentation, handover, and internal coordination with
Service and Accounts teams.
● Support billing milestones and project closure activities.

● Deliver projects within committed timelines and approved scope.
● Ensure quality execution with minimal rework and deviations.
● Maintain clear documentation and reporting discipline.
● Proactively identify risks, delays, or cost impacts and escalate in time.

Qualifications
● Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
● 4 – 6 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
Skills Required
● Strong understanding of HVAC installation and commissioning processes.
● Good planning, coordination, and site management skills.
● Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
● Clear communication and documentation skills.

Work Environment
● Site & Office Based: Regular site visits with coordination from HO.
