Job Description:
Minimum 5 Years of Work experience as CSR Fund Raising and CSR Project Execution, delivery and Govt Compliances related to CSR Funding.
Trust with a legacy of over 47 years in delivering dedicated Medical Services and currently operating 17 centers across Gujarat, is inviting applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobilization of CSR funds and building strong partnerships with corporates, institutions, and donors.
- Managing execution of projects with accountability and ensuring compliance under all applicable trust and statutory laws.
- Leading recruitments for Ashirvad Group of Units, strengthening HR policies, and effectively managing attrition.
- Driving organizational growth with strategic planning, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
Eligibility:
- Proven experience in fundraising, CSR engagement, and project management.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills with knowledge of statutory and compliance frameworks for trusts.
- Excellent communication, networking, and team management abilities.
- Fluent English, Gujarati and Hindi, Emailing
