Travel Operation Executive

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, customize, and manage domestic and international tour packages

• Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and itineraries

• Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers

• Handle air ticket bookings and related documentation

• Process visa applications and follow up with concerned authorities

• Manage hotel bookings (domestic and international)

• Coordinate and execute MICE operations

• Handle Group Tours and FITs (Free Independent Travelers)

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal sales teams for smooth operations

• Provide backend support for domestic and international travel operations

• Ensure timely execution of bookings and maintain service quality

Skills Required:

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of travel operations and documentation

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
