Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day plant operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth production processes, optimal resource utilization, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch

• Plan and monitor daily production targets to ensure timely delivery

• Supervise plant staff, operators, and supervisors; ensure discipline and productivity

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety norms, and statutory requirements

• Monitor machine performance, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules

• Control raw material consumption and minimize wastage

• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics teams

• Maintain production records, reports, and MIS

• Implement cost-control measures and improve operational efficiency

• Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 8-10 years of experience as a Plant Manager / Production Manager in food processing / agro / grains / pulses industry

• Strong knowledge of plant operations, production planning, and manpower handling

• Experience in handling audits, quality checks, and safety procedures

• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Education Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related field.
