Role Overview
The CA Fresher – Strategy will work closely with the Strategy leadership team to support business planning, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Strategy team in business planning, strategic analysis, and financial modeling
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility studies
- Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and business projections
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
- Support leadership with strategy decks, insights, and data-driven recommendations
- Handle ad-hoc strategic initiatives as assigned by the management
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified CA – First Attempt ONLY (Mandatory)
- CA Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis
- Good communication and presentation skills
- High ownership, attention to detail, and learning mindset
- Immediate joiners preferred
