Job Description:

 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for prime home loans.

  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Loan Officers.

  • Identify and establish relationships with key channel partners (DSAs, connectors, real estate agents, builders).

  • Monitor team performance through KPIs and regularly provide feedback and training to enhance productivity.

  • Ensure adherence to credit policy and regulatory guidelines in all sourced cases.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.

  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Conduct regular reviews and field visits to ensure business momentum across all locations in the region.

  • Drive digital adoption and process improvements to enhance sales efficiency.

  • Ensure portfolio quality by maintaining low delinquency and high customer satisfaction levels.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Finance preferred.

  • 8–12 years of experience in retail lending, with at least 3–5 years in a regional managerial role within home loans.

  • Strong knowledge of the home loan market, products, and regulatory environment.

  • Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams across geographies.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • High level of integrity and customer orientation.


Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Monthly/Quarterly disbursement targets

  • Channel development and activation

  • Portfolio quality (30+ DPD, NPA %)

  • Team performance and retention

  • Customer satisfaction score (CSAT/NPS)
