Job Title: Creative Designer– Reels, Video & Social Graphics
Location: Ahmedabad

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on creative powerhouse who lives and breathes social media
content – especially reels, short-form videos, YouTube content, and social-first graphics.
You’ll be the go-to person for turning ideas into thumb-stopping visuals across all our key
platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Short-Form Video & Reels Creation
● Ideate, script, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts,
and TikTok videos.
● Adapt video concepts for multiple platforms while respecting each platform’s best
practices, trends, and audience behavior.
● Work with the marketing team to align video content with campaigns, product launches,
and brand messaging.
● Add music, voiceovers, captions, transitions, and effects to make content engaging and
on-brand.
2. YouTube Video Production
● Create YouTube videos (short-form and long-form) – from concept and storyboarding to
final edit.
● Design compelling thumbnails, end screens, and video overlays to increase click-
through and watch time.
● Collaborate on hooks, titles, and descriptions that are optimized for audience
engagement and discoverability.
3. Social Media Graphics & Creatives
● Design graphics, carousels, static posts, story creatives, banners, covers, and ad
creatives for platforms including:
○ Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube
○ Behance, Quora, Reddit, Dribbble, Google My Business (GMB), TikTok
● Ensure all creatives follow brand guidelines (colors, typography, tone) and maintain a
consistent visual identity.
● Create variations of creatives for organic posts and performance marketing
campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) as needed.
4. Collaboration & Workflow
● Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and marketing team to understand
campaign objectives and timelines.
● Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and deliverables.
● Manage your own production pipeline – from idea to final export – ensuring timely
delivery across multiple projects.
● Maintain an organized repository of design files, templates, raw footage, and project
assets.
5. Trend Spotting & Creative Innovation
● Stay updated with social media trends, reel ideas, editing styles, memes, audio trends,
and platform updates.
● Proactively suggest fresh content ideas and experiment with new formats, styles, and
visual approaches.
● Benchmark content against competitors and top creators/brands for inspiration and
improvement.
Requirements
● Experience: 2–4 years of experience in video creation, editing, and social media
design.
● Creative Tools (Must Have):
○ Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
(or similar) for video editing.
○ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects / Canva / Figma
(any mix is fine, as per your setup).
● Skills & Abilities:
○ Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, color, and typography.
○ Good understanding of vertical video formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platform-
specific specs.
○ Ability to turn raw ideas or rough briefs into polished, platform-ready content.
○ Basic understanding of what drives engagement (views, shares, saves, watch
time) on social platforms.
○ Good communication and collaboration skills; comfort working with marketers,
copywriters, and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
● Experience showcasing work on Behance / Dribbble or a portfolio website.
● Basic knowledge of motion graphics and simple animations (titles, lower-thirds, logo
animations, etc.).
● Experience creating creatives for ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Display, YouTube
Ads).
