Overview:
The Site Executive for HVAC Projects will ensure smooth on-site execution of HVAC systems installation and commissioning. This role requires hands-on management of site activities, coordination with teams, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision & Execution:
● Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
● Ensure proper installation of HVAC systems as per approved drawings and safety standards.
● Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and vendors for timely work completion.
2. Manpower & Resource Management:
● Assign tasks to workers and ensure efficient labor utilization.
● Monitor and manage material availability to avoid project delays.
3. Quality & Safety Compliance:
● Ensure all work follows company quality standards and client specifications.
● Enforce safety guidelines, PPE usage, and site discipline.
4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
● Regularly communicate with vendors for material deliveries and rate confirmations.
● Maintain proper records of materials received and used on-site.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
● Maintain daily progress reports and share updates with the project manager.
● Highlight project delays, material shortages, and any site issues.
● Ensure documentation of work completed and client approvals.
6. Cost Control & Efficiency:
● Minimize wastage of materials and resources to keep costs within budget.
● Identify areas for cost savings and suggest improvements in execution.
7. Testing & Commissioning Support:
● Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
● Ensure proper handover of the site after successful completion.

● Manage daily site activities and HVAC system installation.

● Allocate and supervise manpower efficiently.
● Maintain safety and quality as per company standards.
● Maintain records of materials and update progress reports.
● Report project delays, and issues, and assist in system commissioning.
● Daily reporting, and ensuring the relevant information reaches the right person.
● Drawing the supervisor’s attention to the potential issues or things which might cause delays or problems in the project.
● Quarterly self-performance review.
Work Expectations:
● No delays in project execution due to supervision gaps.
● Ensure site safety, discipline, and quality without fail.
● Maintain updated records of daily progress and materials.
● Regular reporting to management with site updates

Qualifications:
● Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
● 1-3 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
● Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
● Familiarity with safety standards and site management protocols.
Skills Required:
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
● Basic proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
● Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Work Environment:
