Job Description:

Position:        Jr. Engineer - Production

Location:        Daman

Experience:    1 - 2 Years

Industries:     Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day assembly operations as per drawings, SOPs, and production schedules to ensure timely output.

•  

  Support senior engineers in troubleshooting assembly issues, maintaining quality standards, and reducing rework or defects.
• Ensure proper use of tools, safety practices, and documentation during assembly activities and coordinate with production and quality teams.
• To ensure all operations are carried out as per Process parameter / Production plan.
• To ensure strict compliance to the process control parameters.
• To stop and correct the processes / instruct the workers in case of non conforming material produced.
• Meet Production plan with team
• To listen and work as per the Production In-charge instructions.
• Material planning during the change over and smooth execution.
• To maintain all the Quality records, Production records as required and documented in quality management system.
• Ensure and give periodic feedbacks to his superiors for the work / production is going as per the process / work inspections.
• Co-ordination with Production Control Dept.
• Material accountability on shop floor.
• To conduct daily meetings on shop floor for process improvements.
• Ensuring the workers safety and usage of safety equipment.
• Responsible for maintenance of all equipment & Devices on shop floor and records for the same.

 Required Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or process industries.
• Knowledge of TPM/Lean maintenance practices.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 3.50 LPA
