Job Description:
A leading high-tech company is seeking a Material Planner to manage material planning and operational control. Responsibilities include overseeing material readiness, production and subcontractor planning, forecast building, MRP analysis, work order planning, material simulations, and coordination between purchasing, engineering, warehouse, and production departments. The role also involves managing inventory levels, expediting/postponing/canceling purchase orders, and working directly with suppliers.

Requirements:
* BE Electronic/Mechanical/Production
* At least 5 years of experience in material management within a multidisciplinary high-tech company
* Excellent command of Excel and other Microsoft applications
* Proven experience in a dynamic and frequently changing forecast environment.
* Familiarity with logistics processes including warehouse, procurement, production, and quality.
* Experience working with ERP systems – familiarity with Priority is an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* Very good English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Retention Policy
* 10% salary will be deducted every month from salary and will get the deducted salary after 2 years with interest.
