Job Title: Site Supervisor
Salary Range:-20k to 25K
Location:-Kanker C.G

Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Engineer
Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily construction activities at the site, managing manpower, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities according to approved drawings and work schedules.
Monitor work progress and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
Manage labour deployment, attendance, and productivity at site.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure construction quality as per specifications and standards.
Check material receipt, usage, storage, and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
Coordinate with Site Engineer, Project Manager, and other departments.
Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), labour reports, and material records.
Identify on-site problems and assist in timely resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / ITI / relevant construction experience
Ability to read basic drawings and understand site execution
2–5 years of experience in construction projects (preferred)
