We are looking for a Creative Head – Reels & Video who can own the entire video ecosystem — from concept and storytelling to execution, editing, and optimization.

Role Overview

As the Creative Head – Reels & Video, you will be responsible for end-to-end video creation across platforms, shaping the brand’s video identity and content direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead conceptualization and ideation for Reels, short-form videos, ads, and long-form content

• Own the complete video workflow: ideation, scripting, shooting guidance, editing, and publishing

• Create high-quality videos with strong storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design

• Use tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic) and AI tools like Runway, Descript, Firefly

• Optimize content for social platforms based on trends and algorithms

• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams

• Meet tight deadlines while maintaining premium output quality

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and content creation

• Strong portfolio of Reels, ads, and AI-powered content

• Expertise in AI-based video editing workflows

• Deep understanding of social media trends

• Strong storytelling and visual aesthetics

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
