Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, vendor
management, and financial documentation.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally and Excel, possess strong communication skills,
and be organized, accurate, and proactive in maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and issue sales invoices to clients.

● Track receivables and follow up for client payments via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
● Record and verify purchase bills, vendor payments, and expense entries in Tally.
● Handle Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis.
● Assist in GST calculations, return preparation, and input credit tracking.
● Maintain proper supporting documents, vouchers, and filing for all financial transactions.
● Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and management for smooth financial operations.
● Support the management with monthly MIS reports and cash flow updates.
● Ensure discipline, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
● 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance (manufacturing industry preferred).
● Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
● Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
● Strong communication skills — verbal, email, and WhatsApp.
● Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable in meeting deadlines.
● Male candidates preferred.
