��‍�� Position: Senior HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
Department: Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–5 Years
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time

�� Role Objective:
To manage and execute the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding,
ensuring the hiring of high-quality talent in a timely and efficient manner while
maintaining a strong candidate experience and alignment with business needs.

�� Key Responsibilities:
�� Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)
 Understand manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads.
 Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting,
interviewing, and offer roll-out.
 Utilize job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal
databases to source candidates.
 Handle walk-ins, job fairs, employee referral drives, and vendor coordination
when needed.
 Schedule interviews, gather feedback from interviewers, and manage
candidate communication.
 Prepare offer letters, negotiate salaries within budget, and follow up on joining
dates.
�� Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
 Ensure a professional, timely, and friendly experience for all candidates.
 Represent the organization positively during interviews and hiring interactions.
 Support employer branding initiatives through social media and campus
interactions.
�� Onboarding Coordination

 Coordinate with HR operations/admin to ensure smooth onboarding (ID card,
induction schedule, etc.)
 Conduct or support induction programs for new joiners.
�� Recruitment Reporting & MIS
 Maintain recruitment trackers: open positions, status updates, and hiring TAT.
 Share weekly and monthly hiring reports with the TA Manager/HR Head.
 Analyze hiring data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.

��️ Key Skills & Competencies:
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and job portals.
 Good negotiation and closing skills.
 Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
 Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and Excel-based tracking.

�� Educational Qualification:
 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
 MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).

�� Work Experience:
 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
 Experience in hiring for manufacturing, retail, or jewellery sectors is a plus.
