Base Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi
Travel: Regular travel to Mumbai (Bombay) and other offices
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Ideal Age: Around 40 years
Industry Preference: Luxury / Retail / Hospitality
Work - 6 days a week . 6 month probation , medical , pf , leave salary all there

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to head and scale the retail vertical of our premium floral atelier. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who brings deep experience in luxury or retail environments, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to inspire teams while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role will be central to driving growth, consistency, and operational excellence across locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and grow the retail vertical across stores and locations
Own overall retail performance including revenue, margins, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Develop and implement strategies for growth, expansion, and improved profitability
Ensure exceptional, consistent customer service aligned with a luxury brand ethos
Build, mentor, motivate, and lead retail teams, fostering accountability and high performance
Travel regularly to Mumbai and other offices to align teams, review operations, and drive execution
Work closely with design, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of brand vision
Analyze sales data, customer insights, and operational metrics to make informed decisions
Drive process improvement, standardization, and attention to detail across all retail touchpoints
Explore and pilot new ideas, formats, and initiatives to grow the retail business
Key Skills & Attributes
Proven experience heading a retail or luxury vertical with full P&L or operational responsibility
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and carry teams along
Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
Customer-obsessed mindset with an understanding of premium service expectations
Strong personality with confidence to take ownership and make decisions
Entrepreneurial mindset with the curiosity to explore new ideas and growth avenues
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
High proficiency in Excel and strong overall computing skills

Approximately 40 years of age
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality
Prior experience leading teams and managing multi-location operations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, founder-led environment
