Job Description:
CREATIVE & QUALITY LEAD – Premium Floral Atelier
Base Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi
Working Days: 6 days a week
Experience: 7–10 years preferred
Ideal Age: Around 30 years
Role Overview
This role is for a deeply intuitive, design-led professional who sees flowers not just as products, but as a medium of emotion, storytelling, and experience. The Creative & Quality Lead will be the custodian of aesthetic integrity and emotional resonance across everything that leaves the studio. There are no financial targets—success in this role is measured by quality, conscience, and client delight.
Core Responsibilities
Act as the final creative and quality gatekeeper for all floral work leaving the studio
Translate client emotions, occasions, and unspoken needs into thoughtful, bespoke floral curation
Personally handle and oversee bespoke and high-value client orders to ensure complete satisfaction
Work closely with clients—especially key and international-facing clients—in fluent English to curate meaningful experiences
Train, mentor, and elevate internal teams on design sensibility, colour harmony, proportion, and storytelling
Guide teams on how to curate with intention rather than volume
Ensure consistency in design language while allowing space for creative exploration
Maintain obsessive attention to detail—freshness, balance, finishing, packaging, and presentation
Continuously raise quality benchmarks and nurture a culture of pride and accountability in the studio
Key Skills & Attributes
Deep, instinctive connection with nature, flowers, colour, and design
Strong people skills with the ability to understand emotional and aesthetic needs
Proven experience working closely with clients and internal creative teams
Calm authority and sensitivity when handling demanding or high-profile clients
Exceptional eye for detail and quality control
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
High emotional intelligence and empathy
Willingness to learn, unlearn, and adapt to global trends and standards
Exposure & Growth
Significant international exposure through global design references, clients, and collaborations
Opportunity to shape and define the atelier’s creative language and quality standards
A role with creative ownership and long-term impact rather than short-term targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
Around 30 years of age
Prior experience in design-led environments such as floral design, luxury events, hospitality, fashion, or interiors
Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and raising collective standards
Comfortable working in a studio environment with high expectations and creative rigor
