Excellent opportunity for Cloud DevOps Engineer in Navi Mumbai for Manufacturing Client

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure & Operations:

• Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, and security services
• Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance, cost, and reliability
• Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, policies, and governance frameworks
• Perform capacity planning and resource optimization across Azure environments

Cloud Platform Management (Azure & AWS):

• Networking: VNets, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, hybrid VPNs
• Compute/Storage: VMSS, App Services, AKS, Storage Accounts
• Databases: Azure SQL, PostgreSQL
• Monitoring: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights
• Data Platform: MS Fabric, Azure Data Factory

GitHub Management & GitHub DevOps Responsibilities:

• Serve as the administrator for our GitHub organization, managing repositories, user access, and permissions (RBAC).
• Configure and manage GitHub Actions, including creating custom actions, managing secrets, and optimizing workflows, often integrated with Scalr for infrastructure deployments.
• Implement and manage GitHubs security features, such as Dependabot for vulnerability scanning, CodeQL for static analysis, secret scanning, Infrastructure security scans (Checkov), and CI/CD for containerized services (AKS)

CI/CD Pipeline Architecture & Automation:

• Design, build, and maintain robust, multi-stage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions as the primary orchestrator.
• These pipelines will automate the entire lifecycle of applications and infrastructure, including building, testing, packaging, and deploying to both Azure and AWS.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable GitHub Actions workflows and composite actions.
• Configure GitHub Actions runners including self-hosted runners on Azure services.

Data Pipeline Deployment & Management:

• Design and implement data pipeline CI/CD for ETL/ELT workflows using GitHub Actions
• Configure data pipeline deployments including:
• Azure Data Factory pipeline deployments with parameter management
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for Microsoft Fabric workspaces, data pipelines, and notebooks
• Support data engineering and analytics teams in deploying Fabric solutions

Cross-Functional IT Collaboration & Enterprise Integration:

• Collaborate with IT identity team for Azure AD group provisioning, RBAC assignments, and access control
• Work with security team to implement SSO solutions using Azure AD (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
• Partner with network engineering team for VNet design, ExpressRoute, VPN, and hybrid connectivity
• Coordinate firewall rules, NSG configurations, routing, and network segmentation strategies
• Coordinate SSL/TLS certificate procurement, deployment, and automated rotation via Key Vault
• Work with security team to implement Azure Policy, security baselines, and compliance standards

Security & Compliance

• Implement security best practices including Azure AD, RBAC, Key Vault, and network security groups
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability remediation
• Implement backup strategies and test disaster recovery procedures

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or related roles
• Proven track record of managing Azure environments
• Experience implementing CI/CD for both applications and data pipelines
• Background in both infrastructure operations and application/data deployment
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud migration projects and infrastructure modernization
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with DevOps practices and implementation
• Experience with scripting in Python, PowerShell, and Bash
• Experience with web server technologies and configuration (Nginx or Apache)
