Job Description:

Department: HR Posting (Location): Factory Office (Kolkata)

Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human
resources within the industrial setting. This includes ensuring that the factory is
adequately staffed with skilled and efficient workers, and that the working
environment complies with all legal and organizational policies while supporting
employee welfare, improving workforce performance, and ensuring smooth
operations.

Job Description:

HR Operations:
 Handling complete HR operations on a daily basis.
 Administer worker benefits programs, including PF and ESI, and provide
guidance to employees.
 Manage and maintain worker records and documentation related to
benefits.
 Assist workers in understanding and utilizing their benefits.
 Review and analysis of daily attendance report and ensuring reduction in
absenteeism ratio.
 Manpower requirement analysis and updation.
 Initiatives/ implementation of sound IR practices and for improving
employee performance and satisfaction.
 Identify core competencies & skills critical to business and facilitate key
talent identification, development and retention.
 Exercise Good Control over manpower
 Overall responsible for Ensure workers discipline on floor.
 Ensure workers discipline on floor
Labor Laws and Compliance:
 Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company's
compliance.
 Efficiently managed and handled Social Audit Requirements and Certifications.
 Manage documentation and reporting related to labor laws, PF (Provident
Fund), and ESI (Employee State Insurance).
 Handle employee grievances and disputes in compliance with labor laws.
