Job Description:

Role Overview
As the PR & Corporate Communications Executive, you will be the central nervous system of Gaming’s public presence and internal narrative. You will work with the PR head to orchestrate the PR lifecycle and its subsidiaries, including Comic Con India, ensuring that our brand voice remains consistent, influential, and high-impact. This role requires a blend of agency management, strategic planning, and internal storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
1. PR Operations & Agency Management

● Act as the primary liaison between Client and our PR agency.
● Drive agency accountability, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with brand standards.
● Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subsidiary teams (like Comic Con India, Starladder, Branded, Trinity Gaming etc.) to gather information for press cycles.
● Identify and pitch proactive coverage opportunities to expand Co’s share of voice in the gaming, esports and pop-culture sectors.
● Generate monthly/quarterly reports on PR performance, sentiment, and ROI for leadership.

2. Strategy & Project Planning

● Collaborate with leadership and the PR agency to develop and refine the long-term corporate communications strategy.
● Partner with Project Managers to build bespoke PR plans for specific events, tournaments, and product launches.
● Remain agile to adjust strategies based on market trends or organizational shifts.

3. Internal Communications & Content

● Newsletter Curation: Own the end-to-end process (writing, design, and dissemination) of the Co. internal newsletter to keep our global team informed.
● Social Amplification: Manage the co. LinkedIn page, ensuring press releases and corporate updates are posted regularly and professionally.
● Internal Buzz: Use Slack and other internal channels to celebrate wins, share press clippings.

Required Attributes

● Experience: 2+ years in PR, Corporate Communications, or Agency Management (Gaming, Media, or Entertainment background preferred).
● Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor tone for both LinkedIn professionals and internal "gamer" culture.
● Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and hold external partners accountable to KPIs.
● Strategic Thinking: Experience in building communication frameworks that align with business goals.
● Willingness to Travel: You will be required to travel to various shows and events that conducts in order to coordinate with our agency and the media on-ground
