💰Salary: 5.00 to 6.00 lacs p.a.
🎓 Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical or equivalent)

🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations, lead shop-floor teams, and ensure smooth workflow, quality standards, and productivity targets are achieved.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
✔ Plan, monitor, and achieve production targets
✔ Manage, train, and discipline shop-floor staff
✔ Ensure quality standards, safety, and compliance
✔ Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
✔ Improve processes, reduce costs, and optimize workflow
✔ Prepare and analyze production reports
✔ Maintain coordination between departments and union (if applicable)

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
✔ Strong knowledge of manufacturing machinery and processes
✔ Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficient in MS Office
✔ Results-driven and self-motivated

🔹 Experience & Qualification:
✔ 8–10 years of total experience
✔ Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
✔ Mechanical Engineering background preferred
