BACKEND & OPERATIONS HEAD – Supply Chain & ERP

Base Location: New Friends Colony, New Delhi
Working Days: 6 days a week
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Age Bracket: 30–35 years
Preferred Background: Retail / Logistics
Gender Preference: Male (preferred)

Role Overview
We are looking for a strong backend operations leader who brings structure, speed, and precision to a high-volume, quality-driven floral business. This role is responsible for owning the entire supply chain—from sourcing to final delivery—while leveraging ERP systems and automation to improve efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. The role demands rigor, data-driven thinking, and an uncompromising commitment to timelines and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end backend operations: sourcing, procurement, inventory, processing, dispatch, and delivery
Lead and optimize ERP systems to ensure accuracy, visibility, and process discipline across operations
Use automation and systems to streamline workflows and reduce errors and delays
Ensure strict adherence to timelines across all operational touchpoints
Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency from source to customer
Track operational metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to guide team performance and business decisions
Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement process improvements
Work closely with retail, creative, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution
Drive a culture of accountability, data-led decision-making, and continuous improvement
Ensure backend excellence that directly translates into superior customer service

Key Skills & Attributes
Proven senior-level experience in backend operations and ERP management
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics
Highly detail-oriented with a zero-tolerance approach to missed timelines
Analytical mindset with the ability to guide teams using data and performance metrics
Customer-service obsessed—understands how backend precision impacts front-end experience
Strong people-management and process-driving skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments

Ideal Candidate Profile
30–35 years of age
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail, logistics, or operations-heavy environments
Prior experience managing ERP systems and automation tools
Disciplined, structured, and execution-focused personality
Comfortable taking ownership of backend performance
