Job Description:

Position:      Shift Incharge - Production

Location:       Vapi

Experience:   5 - 6 Years

Industries:    Chemical

 Responsibilities:

• Handle complete plant and shift operations safely and efficiently
• Supervise and manage shift manpower
• Ensure smooth execution of production activities as per plan
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and operational issues
• Investigate root causes for failures, deviations, and abnormalities and implement corrective actions
• Calculate and monitor product norms and yields
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with inter-department teams (QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with work permit systems and safety procedures
• Maintain and review documentation as per ISO requirements
• Support production planning activities (knowledge of SAP is an added advantage)

• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in shift operations
• Hands-on knowledge of
• Reactors (like SSR and GLR)
• Centrifuge
• Sparkler Filter
• ANFD
• Dryer
• Blender
• Distillation and separation techniques
• Strong understanding of batch manufacturing processes
• Awareness of GMP, safety, and documentation practices

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
