Job Description:
1) Getting rolling forecasts from customers and updating SCM team.
2) RFQ processing to ensure timely quote submission and follow up with customer on offer.
3) Ensure timely feasiblity and technical clearances on new enquiries
4) Preparing & Presenting monthly sales review - partwise /Customer wise/ location wise /Region wise in the format ABP Vs Schedules receipt Vs Actual Sold alongwith reasoning on variations
5) Monitoring weekly despatches Vs Schedules, in case of continuous failures or any foreseen concerns take necessary action /escalate.
6) Collection of required PO's, LOI, Nominations from customer
7) For New orders -- releasing OC, ensuring all required inputs for RM ordering, Tool mfg. tracking in line with timeplan
8) Payment collections & follow up on outstandings, clearing of receivables
9) Preparing all required documentation for IATF audit & maintaining
10) Collecting tool life data for all the parts of all the customers & sharing with customer if needed
11) Stocks like RM, WIP & FG to share with customer if required
12) Price revisions to take up with customer as agreed - includes costing files, backup data, follow up & ensuring PO receipt, correct price changes in SAP, Retro effect calc. DN/CN's to process & close in SAP.
13) New product development samples submission on time, Inspection reports, despatch, tracking till receipt at customer end and then feedback.
14) Co ordinate customer audits from sales perspective.
15) Handling /Co ordinate Quality complaints , timely action plan submission and sustainance monitoring with Quality team
