Job Description:

Position:      Process Engineer

Location:      Vapi

Experience:   2 - 3 Years

Industries:    Plastic

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and optimize plastic processing parameters for Injection Moulding / Extrusion / Blow Moulding / Thermoforming.
• Set and standardize process parameters to achieve desired quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues such as defects, material flow problems, and machine inefficiencies.
• Implement process improvements to reduce rejection, wastage, and downtime.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct trials for new moulds, materials, and process changes.
• Prepare and maintain process sheets, SOPs, control plans, and work instructions.

Required Skills:

• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary :-  Upto 4.20 LPA
