Contract: 2-Year Renewable Contract

Work Mode: On-site (Boutique Studio)

About the Role
We are a premium boutique Pilates studio in Riyadh seeking a Senior Pilates & Yoga Instructor who will also act as the Studio Lead / Sports Supervisor during on-site hours. The role combines high-quality instruction with leadership, safety oversight, and training excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver private and small-group Reformer and Cadillac (Tower) Pilates sessions

• Teach Yoga sessions as part of the studio schedule

• Design and supervise customized programs for prenatal, postnatal, and rehabilitation clients

• Work safely with clients with back or musculoskeletal conditions

• Conduct client assessments and track progress

• Act as Studio Lead, ensuring training quality, safety standards, and correct equipment usage

• Support junior instructors and studio management in program development

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional Pilates teaching experience

• Mandatory certification and hands-on expertise in Reformer & Cadillac Pilates

• Recognised and accredited Pilates certifications

• Experience teaching Yoga (any recognised style)

• Prior work with special populations (pregnancy, injuries, rehab-focused clients)

• Background in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Sports Science preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
